Your HOMEfix representative will review your options for selections with you and, if your roof replacement is covered by insurance, will review the out-of-pocket worksheet with you so that you understand the entire claims process and your responsibilities. You will receive another handout that details everything you can expect on the day of the build, and your HOMEfix contact will stay in touch with you from start to finish.

Enjoy your new roof.
After the build is complete, our team will remove any excess materials left on site promptly. Your sales representative will then conduct a Quality Control walk-through with you. Our roofing team will work with your insurance company for supplements and to have funds released to you.

Do I need to get my roof repaired right away?
It’s best not to wait on a roof repair. The reason being that water has a way of finding its way into your home. You never really know when snow melt and heavy rain are coming but one thing’s for sure, once they come you’re going to wish you hadn’t waited. Repairing water damage in your home is far more time-consuming, expensive, and invasive than a roof repair.
How long can the process of repairing my roof take?
The bigger the repair, the longer it will take. Most roof repairs are small fixes. From initial phone call to completed work, most roof repairs in Colorado Springs typically take between 1 to 2 weeks.
Your HOMEfix in-house roofing repair contractor will usually come to take a look at the project 3 business days after we schedule your appointment. We’ll get your estimate to you in no more than 3 business days, and we should be able to start work 2 – 3 business days after the initial deposit. The work itself will most likely take less than a day.
