Select, Prep, Start, Finish.
Your HOMEfix representative will review your options for selections with you and, if your roof replacement is covered by insurance, will review the out-of-pocket worksheet with you so that you understand the entire claims process and your responsibilities. You will receive another handout that details everything you can expect on the day of the build, and your HOMEfix contact will stay in touch with you from start to finish.

Enjoy your new roof.
After the build is complete, our team will remove any excess materials left on site promptly. Your sales representative will then conduct a Quality Control walk-through with you. Our roofing team will work with your insurance company for supplements and to have funds released to you.

What steps will you take to minimize disruption to the tenants?
We will give all tenants advance notice about delivery and build dates so they can secure any breakables in and around their homes, move cars out of the driveway/garage, and make arrangements for pets if needed.
Can the tenants stay in their homes during reroofing?
Absolutely! We take special care to try and minimize disruptions to their daily lives, ensuring that they can remain comfortable in their homes while we work on the roof.
How is the process different when working on a multi-family home versus a single family home?
It’s actually very similar. Yes, there are more people to communicate with, but we take all of the same steps that we do as a standard across all of our projects, ensuring consistently positive results.
What safety measures will be in place to protect the property, employees and customers?
Property protection will be laid around the perimeter of the property. Our on-site project manager and the crew will ensure there are safe access points to the building for people coming and going throughout the day.
Will reroofing affect my business operations?
No, it will not. We will coordinate with the business(es) to learn what the best day for the build is and we will coordinate accordingly. There is no need for your daily operations to be halted or altered.
Can HOMEfix help me if the roof of my business is a material other than shingles?
