Free Inspection.

Select, Prep, Start, Finish.
Your HOMEfix representative will review your options for selections with you and, if your roof replacement is covered by insurance, will review the out-of-pocket worksheet with you so that you understand the entire claims process and your responsibilities. You will receive another handout that details everything you can expect on the day of the build, and your HOMEfix contact will stay in touch with you from start to finish.

Enjoy your new roof.
After the build is complete, our team will remove any excess materials left on site promptly. Your sales representative will then conduct a Quality Control walk-through with you. Our roofing team will work with your insurance company for supplements and to have funds released to you.

How much does a new roof cost?
The cost varies based on the size of your roof, materials selected, and specific roofing needs. We provide a detailed, transparent quote upfront with no hidden fees, ensuring you make an informed decision.
For insurance claims: only your deductible! Your insurance company will pay for the rest of the costs in the claim and we will build the roof for what insurance pays (unless you want to add upgrades to improve your roof!)
What kind of warranty do you offer on roof installations?
Our roof installations include a comprehensive 5 year warranty that covers both materials and workmanship, giving you peace of mind knowing that your investment is protected.
Will a new roof increase the value of my home?

Can I stay in my home during the roof replacement process?

Roof replacements can be successfully carried out any time of year, but spring to fall typically offers the best weather conditions for installation. We're flexible to work around your schedule to ensure optimal results.
What if I have solar panels on my roof?
Not a problem! We work with a solar company that will take care of everything needed for your panels, from pulling the proper permits and detaching the panels to installing them and passing the necessary inspections with the building department.
