h2>YOU THINK YOUR ROOF MIGHT HAVE HAIL DAMAGE. WHAT DO YOU DO?
1. CALL A LOCAL CONTRACTOR
If you file a homeowner’s insurance claim right away, they’ll send an adjuster out. If they find that you don’t need a new roof, that will be a black mark on your record.
We’ll be happy to come out to your home in the Colorado Springs/Pike’s Peak area and do a free roof assessment to determine whether or not you have hail damage.
If you don’t have hail damage, we’ll tell you you don’t have hail damage.
If you do have hail damage, we’ll walk you through the claim filing process.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_video link=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zenf409Zf1U&t=1s”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1576314103055{padding-top: 40px !important;padding-bottom: 10px !important;}”]
2. WHAT’S IT GONNA COST?
Assuming you have what’s called an RCV policy, it should only cost your homeowner’s policy deductible, whatever that is. Some are a fixed dollar amount, some are a percentage of the overall dwelling (not just the claim).
3. HOW LONG IS IT GONNA TAKE?
It depends. After a big hailstorm, everyone in your neighborhood (or zip code) is going to need a new roof so it’ll take longer, probably about 3 weeks or so.
During a slower time of the year, we can probably get you on the schedule for install for as soon as next week.
Installation takes just one day, two at the most for a larger roof.
